# Which W-9 Should I Use for Easy Realty?
## Use the W-9 form that matches the corporation your real estate license is registered under. If your license is under Easy Realty, use the Easy Realty W-9. If your license is under Easy Realty Pros, use the Easy Realty Pros W-9. Submitting the wrong W-9 can delay payment or create issues with the title company, builder, or other closing party.
Why Would I Need a W-9?
Sometimes a title company, home builder, or another party involved in a transaction will request a W-9 for the brokerage before issuing payment.
In that situation, you should provide the W-9 for the corporation your license is actually affiliated with. They are not asking for a random Easy Realty document. They are asking for the tax form that matches the licensed brokerage tied to your transaction.
### Which W-9 Should I Choose?
#### Use the Easy Realty W-9 if:
Your license is under Easy Realty.

Do not send the wrong W-9.
The W-9 must match the brokerage entity your license is under. If a title company or builder receives the wrong form, it may delay processing or require the form to be resubmitted.
If you are unsure which corporation your license is under, check your licensing information first or contact support before sending anything.
