What does “onboarding complete” mean at Easy Realty?
Short answer: Onboarding is complete when you feel comfortable that you have access to everything you need to operate confidently and compliantly.
At Easy Realty, onboarding is not a one‑time event or a checklist you pass. We consider an agent onboarded once the agent feels comfortable, supported, and confident that they know where to go for help and have access to the systems and resources they need.
Support‑first onboarding philosophy
Easy Realty is fanatical about supporting its agents. There is no limit to how much onboarding support you can receive. Agents are encouraged to ask questions, request guidance, and book onboarding calls as often as needed. There is no “one and done” requirement.
Onboarding calls are always available
Agents may schedule a new agent onboarding call at any time and as many times as they want. These calls are designed to provide support, clarity, and confidence, not to rush or evaluate readiness. Agents can book onboarding calls here: https://hub.easy.realty/book-new-agent-onboarding-call
Self‑guided onboarding resources
In addition to live support, Easy Realty provides multiple self‑guided resources so agents can move at their own pace.
Onboarding courses and resources are available in the Agent Hub.
Getting started articles are published in the Easy Realty Agent Journal
Additional guidance and answers are also available in this knowledge base under the Getting Started category.
There is no finish line
Onboarding does not end after a meeting, a form, or a login. Agents can return to onboarding resources, schedule additional calls, and ask questions at any point in their career with Easy Realty. Support and guidance are ongoing, not time‑boxed.
Rule of thumb
If you feel unsure about access, process, or next steps, onboarding is not finished. Support is always available, and agents are encouraged to use it as often as needed.
