How do I join Stellar MLS as an Easy Realty agent?

Short Answer: To join Stellar MLS, complete the Thompson Broker application, upload it in the Agent Hub for broker signature, and then submit it to Stellar MLS once it has been signed.

While you do not have to be a member of NAR to use Stellar MLS, you must be registered under Easy Realty using the correct process (Thompson Broker MLS Application).

Step 1: Download the Thompson Broker Application

To join Stellar MLS under Easy Realty, you must complete the Stellar MLS Thompson Broker/Salesperson Subscription Application.

This form establishes your affiliation with the brokerage for MLS purposes.

Step 2: Complete the Application

Fill out the BROKER/AGENT INFORMATION section of application completely and make sure all required fields are accurate.

Incomplete applications will delay approval.

Step 3: Upload Your Application in the Agent Hub

Once completed, upload the application through the Agent Hub for broker review and signature.

Use this form: Broker Signature Request

Do not email the application.

All submissions must go through the Agent Hub.

Step 4: Broker Review and Signature

The brokerage will review your submission and apply the required broker signature.

You do not need to contact the broker directly.

You will be notified once the form is signed.

Step 5: Submit to Stellar MLS

After the application is signed, it will be sent back to you via email. Submit it to Stellar MLS membership by emailing to membership@stellarmls.com to complete your registration.

Stellar may require additional steps such as account setup, payment, or training.

Follow their instructions to finalize your access.
