How to Access Easy Realty Email and Set Up Outlook

How do I access my Easy Realty email account?

Access your Easy Realty email account at https://mail.easy.realty using your Easy Realty username and password. Your account becomes active once your Easy Realty membership is confirmed and your credentials are provisioned. Once logged in, you can set up additional email addresses and configure mail forwarding.

How do I log in to the Easy Realty webmail portal?

1. Go to https://mail.easy.realty
2. Enter your Easy Realty email username
3. Enter your email password
4. Click Log in

How do I set up Easy Realty email in Outlook?

Use Outlook’s manual IMAP setup:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. Click File in the top left corner.
3. Click Add Account.
4. Enter your full Easy Realty email address.
5. Click Advanced options.
6. Check Let me set up my account manually.
7. Click Connect.
8. Choose IMAP as the account type.
9. Enter these server settings:
   • Incoming mail server: mail.easy.realty
   • Port: 993
   • Encryption method: SSL/TLS
   • Outgoing mail server: mail.easy.realty
   • Port: 465 or 587
   • Encryption method: SSL/TLS for port 465 or STARTTLS for port 587
10. Click Next.
11. Enter your email password.
12. Click Connect.
13. Click Done.

What should I do if Outlook does not show Exchange?

Outlook may try to force the connection through Microsoft 365. In that case, use the manual setup steps above and choose IMAP.
