How Do I Upload Listing Photos When Using the Listing Coordination Service?

You can upload listing photos when submitting your Listing Coordination request. If your listing is already live or you need to add or replace photos later, email hi@easy.realty with your photos and instructions.

If you are submitting a new listing through Easy Realty’s Listing Coordination service, you can upload your photos during the initial request. If your listing is already in the MLS or you need to update photos afterward, you must send them by email.

Uploading Photos When Submitting a New Listing

When you submit a Listing Coordination request, you can upload your photos along with your required documents, including your listing agreement, agency disclosure, and MLS listing input form.

This is the best time to provide your listing photos so they can be added during the initial MLS entry.

Sending Photos After the Listing Is Submitted

If you did not have photos ready at the time of submission, need to add more photos, or want to replace existing photos, send an email to hi@easy.realty.

Include the property address, MLS number if available, and clear instructions on how the photos should be used.

Attach the photo files directly to your email so they can be processed without delay.

What Instructions Should I Include

Be specific about what you want updated. Let us know if the photos are new additions or replacements. If order matters, include the sequence you want the photos displayed in. If replacing photos, clearly indicate which existing images should be removed.

Photo Best Practices

Use high-quality images that clearly show the property. Make sure photos are properly oriented and avoid duplicates. Label files clearly if you are sending multiple images.

How Long Do Photo Updates Take

Most photo uploads and updates are processed within one business day after your email is received with all required files and instructions.

Incomplete requests or missing details may delay processing.

Important: Do Not Submit a New Listing Coordination Request

Do not submit another Listing Coordination request to upload or update photos for an existing listing. That form is only for new listings and may result in a duplicate request and additional charges.
