How Do I Request Changes to a Listing Already on the MLS Through Listing Coordination?
If your listing was submitted through Easy Realty’s Listing Coordination service, do not submit the Listing Coordination form again. That form is only for new listings. To request changes, email hi@easy.realty with the property details and your requested updates.
When Should I Use This Process
If your property is already listed in the MLS through Easy Realty’s Listing Coordination service, all updates must be requested without submitting a new Listing Coordination order. Submitting the Listing Coordination form again will be treated as a new listing request and may generate a new invoice.
How Do I Request a Listing Change
Send your request directly by email to hi@easy.realty. Include the property address, MLS number if available, and a clear explanation of the change you need. Be specific and provide the exact new information so the update can be processed quickly.
What Types of Changes Can Be Requested
You can request updates such as price changes, ownership or seller name corrections, status changes like Active, Pending, Sold, or Withdrawn, photo updates, edits to remarks, changes to showing instructions, or corrections to property details.
Do I Need to Provide Documents
Some changes require documentation to comply with MLS rules. This typically includes price changes, ownership updates, and status changes. If the required documents are not included, your request may be delayed.
How Long Do Listing Changes Take
Most listing updates are processed within one business day once all required information and documents are submitted. Requests missing details or documentation may take longer.
Important: Do Not Use the Listing Coordination Form
The Listing Coordination form is only for creating new MLS listings. Using it for an existing listing will not update your current listing and may result in a duplicate request and additional charges.
Best Practices for Faster Processing
Be specific in your request, clearly state the new values you want entered, include all relevant details upfront, and attach any required documents when you send your email. Including the MLS number will help speed up processing.
