# How Do I Join Easy Realty?

## Joining Easy Realty is a fully online process. This article shows you how to join and explains whether you should choose the with‑MLS or without‑MLS option during signup.

Joining Easy Realty is simple and completely online. Whether you are currently part of a Realtor MLS or you operate independently, the process is designed to be fast, clear, and frustration-free.

This article walks you through exactly how to join and which option to choose during signup.

## How to join Easy Realty

### Step 1: Visit the join page

Go to `https://join.easy.realty/join` — this is the only place to officially start your application.

You will see two options:

- [Join with (Realtor) MLS](https://join.easy.realty/join-mls/)
- [Join without (Realtor) MLS](https://join.easy.realty/join-no-mls/)

Choosing the correct option is important. The sections below explain the difference.

### Step 2: Choose the Correct MLS Option

#### Join With Realtor MLS

Choose **Join with Realtor MLS** if:

- You are currently a member of a Realtor MLS (such as Stellar, Beaches, or SWFLA MLS)

Common examples include:

- Stellar MLS
- Beaches MLS through Rworld
- SWFLA MLS through NARBOR

If your MLS access is tied to Realtor membership, this is the correct option for you.

#### Join Without Realtor MLS

Choose **Join without Realtor MLS** if:

- You do not have any MLS membership.
- You use an independent MLS, such as MyStateMLS

### Step 3: Complete the Application

Once you select the correct option, complete the application with your license and contact information and click S*ubmit*.

You will be directed to a page to electronically fill and sign your independent contractors agreement (ICA). If you are not automatically redirected, check your email for a link to the ICA or contact Easy Realty support at hi@easy.realty. Once you have signed, click **Apply**.

### Step 4: Brokerage Review and Activation

After submission:

- Your application is reviewed by the Easy Realty team
- You will receive next steps if anything else is needed
- Once approved, you will receive a notice of license activation and invitation to join our Slack workspace.

## Important notes about MLS selection

- Selecting the wrong MLS option may delay your onboarding
- MyStateMLS and similar platforms always fall under **Join without Realtor MLS**
