The listing agent opens the Supra app, selects the lockbox, and sends one‑time access for a specific time window to the buyer agent’s phone. The buyer agent receives a text from Supra and uses the eKEY app to open the lockbox during that window.
If you do not have an active Supra eKEY, you can still access a property secured with a Supra Super lockbox by requesting one‑time access from the listing agent.
Supra refers to this process as Single Access or Managed Access. Access is issued by the listing agent through the Supra eKEY app and is limited to a specific date and time.

One‑time Supra access must always be provided by the listing agent. Easy Realty cannot generate or override Supra lockbox access.
