If you don’t have MLS access or prefer not to input the listing yourself, use Easy Realty’s Listing Coordination service. We will enter the listing for you, manage compliance, and handle updates.

You can use this service if:

This service works for all listing types, including residential, commercial, land, and rental.

- Enter your listing into the selected MLS(s)

- Screen inbound listing inquiries
- Forward qualified inquiries directly to you
Your listing will be entered under the broker’s MLS account.
In the agent remarks, we include instructions directing other agents to contact you directly regarding the property.

How to Submit a Listing

Go to the Listing Coordination request form

Complete the form and select the MLS(s) where you want your listing entered

Submit the request

You will receive the correct MLS listing input form by email

Complete the form and upload your documents, including your listing agreement and any required materials
Photos Requirement
Your photos must be numbered in the exact order you want them displayed in MLS.
Use a clear sequence such as 1 to 50.
Unlabeled or out-of-order photos will delay your listing.
Turnaround Time
Listings are typically entered within one business day once all required documents are received.
Cost
The Listing Coordination service is $250 per MLS.
The fee is paid at the close of escrow.
If you select multiple MLSs, the fee applies to each one.
