How do I access Slack and the Agent Hub?

Short answer: Slack and the Agent Hub are provided during onboarding, and support is always available if you need access or help.

Easy Realty uses Slack for day‑to‑day communication and the Easy Realty Agent Hub as the central place for onboarding resources, forms, and guidance. Access to both is part of the onboarding process, and agents are never expected to figure things out alone.

Accessing Slack

Slack is Easy Realty’s primary communication platform. It is used for announcements, support, collaboration, and quick questions. If you do not yet have access to Slack or are unsure whether you have been added to the correct channels, you can request help at any time. Access issues can be resolved quickly, and there is no penalty or inconvenience for asking.

Accessing the Agent Hub

The Easy Realty Agent Hub contains onboarding courses, guides, links, and operational resources. It is designed to support agents at every stage, not just at the beginning. Agents are encouraged to revisit the Agent Hub whenever they need a refresher or want to explore additional resources.

Getting help with access

If you are missing access to Slack, the Agent Hub, or anything else you need, onboarding support is always available. Agents can schedule a new agent onboarding call at any time and as many times as needed to walk through access, tools, or next steps. Additional onboarding resources

In addition to Slack and the Agent Hub, Easy Realty provides written getting‑started guidance in the Easy Realty Agent Journal.

Getting started articles can be found here: https://agents.easy.realty/getting-started-with-easy-realty/

Knowledge base articles are also available in the Getting Started category for quick answers to common questions.

No wrong time to ask

Access questions are normal and expected. Agents are encouraged to ask for help whenever something feels unclear or incomplete. Support is ongoing and not limited to an onboarding window. Reach us any time by phone, email, website live chat, or in Slack!

Rule of thumb

If you feel unsure about access to a tool, system, or resource, reach out for support. Onboarding is designed to adapt to you, not the other way around.
